Don Gaspar tequila is the result of an artful distilling process that begins with the finest handpicked blue agave plants cultivated in the heart of Jalisco, Mexico. These agaves are nurtured under the Mexican sun and harvested at the peak of maturity. Our master distillers, who have passed down their craft through generations, transform this precious raw material into the exquisite tequila that carries the Don Gaspar name.
Through a carefully orchestrated process, the agave hearts are roasted in traditional brick ovens, extracting their sweet nectar. This nectar is then fermented using a proprietary yeast strain, which imparts our tequila with unique flavor profiles.
